Officers investigating an incident of affray and serious assault at a London Underground station are today releasing images in connection.

On Saturday 10 October just before 11pm, four people known to one another disembark a Piccadilly line train at Green Park Underground station. They then get into an altercation amongst themselves on the platform which spills into a station staircase.

Two people unknown to the group get involved in the altercation, by which point a large crowd has formed. A fight then ensues amongst all parties involved in the altercation that eventually breaks up at the top of the staircase.

One of the men from the original group of four then approaches the two people unknown to the group again and a second fight breaks out.

The group of four then continue down a station passageway where they get into a further physical altercation with an unknown man. During this, two of the men from the group are knocked unconscious.
