Appeal after man assaulted at Dumbarton Central station

British Transport Police is appealing for witnesses after an assault on a train arriving into Dumbarton Central station at 3:45pm yesterday (Friday 1 May 2020).

Two males were involved in an altercation on the train which is believed to have been witnessed by members of the public. Detectives are looking to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or may have information.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40.

In both cases, quote reference number 197 of 01/05/2020.
