Witness appeal after serious assault at St Mary Cray station – Bromley

Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses after a serious assault at St Mary Cray station in Bromley.

At around 11:05am on Tuesday 26 November, the victim, a 50-year-old man, was attacked in the station car park.

The victim was punched, causing him to fall unconscious to the floor. He was taken to hospital by ambulance where he remains after suffering a blood clot to the brain.

His injuries are believed to be life-changing.

The suspect is identified as a black man of an athletic build and around 6ft tall.

Detectives are appealing to anyone in the local area who may have seen the suspect running off at the time, or anyone who witnessed what happened to get in touch with them as soon as possible.
