Witnesses sought after man falls between train and platform – Radyr, Cardiff

Detectives investigating the circumstances which led to a man falling between the train and the platform at Radyr station are today appealing for witnesses to get in touch. 

The incident happened at approximately 10.20pm on 25 July. 

The man stumbled after leaving the train and fell. The train then departed but was thankfully stopped by sharp-eyed passenger who saw the victim fall. 

The victim sustained a number of bruises as a result of the fall. 

Officers are today looking to speak with anyone who was either on board the train, or who was on the platform and saw what happened.
