Witness appeal after violent disturbance – Glasgow

Officers investigating a violent disturbance at Scotstounhill station, Glasgow are today appealing for witnesses.

On 5th July at around 1.40pm, a disturbance broke out between a group of teenage boys. One, aged 13, sustained a head injury after being assaulted by one of the group.

He attended hospital and was discharged later that day following treatment.

Officers believe five young men of the following descriptions were involved in the incident: 
  • White, with dark short hair, wearing a blue Lacoste jumper with a bright blue Lacoste logo and blue trousers.
  • White, with medium length dark hair, wearing glasses and a grey hooded top with dark joggers.
  • White, with medium length dark hair wearing glasses and dark joggers.
  • White with short dark hair wearing a grey hooded North Face top and black joggers.
  • Asian with medium length dark hair, wearing a blue hooded top and grey joggers.
All five young men are believed to be between 13 and 16 years old.
