Two arrested after fight on board train from Cardiff – Wales

BTP officers are appealing for more information after a fight on board a train from Cardiff Central station in Wales.

The incident happened at 11pm on Friday 15 March.

A group consisting of two men and two women began arguing and throwing punches. One of the men was head-butted.

The train guard refused to travel any further then Taffs Well station in Taffs Well until police officers arrived.

A 48-year-old man from Treorchy was arrested on suspicion of affray and released on bail.

A second man, aged 25, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and affray and has been released under further investigation.
