Two London Underground stations evacuated after alarms misused

BTP officers are today releasing a CCTV image after a report of an assault and actions that caused the evacuation of two London Underground stations.
 
The incident happened after 8.35pm on Monday 18 March.
 
A man is reported to have entered Embankment station, verbally abused staff and pushed a member of the public.
 
He then hit an alarm causing the station to be evacuated.
 
The suspect then travelled to South Kensington station where he hit a second alarm causing the station to be evacuated.
 
Officers believe the man in the images may have information that can help their investigation.
 
Anyone who knows the identity of the man is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 and quoting reference 616-180319.
