Do you recognise this man?

Officers would like to identify him following a racist outburst and assault on board the Piccadilly London Underground line.

On 18 February at approximately 11.50am, a man boarded a westbound tube train at Green Park.

He became agitated at how busy the carriage was and launched a racist verbal outburst.

A member of the public tried to intervene but was then punched in the face.

The man left the train at Knightsbridge where he then chased and threatened a female passenger down the street.

Officers believe the man in these images may have information which could help their investigation.

If you recognise him, or have any information, please contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 225 of 18/02/19.

Or you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
