Officers have today released a CCTV image of a man after a staff member was attacked at Oxford Circus station in London.

The incident happened at the top of a set of escalators at 2.08pm on Friday 11 November 2018.

The man is reported to have forced his way through a ticket barrier. 

He then pushed a member of staff to the floor after they asked to see his ticket. 

The victim suffered bruises to the upper body and arm. She also suffered a fractured wrist.

Officers believe the man shown in this CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
