Two appear in court - Horsley murder investigation

Two people have been remanded in custody following a hearing in connection with a murder investigation into the death Lee Pomeroy, 51 at Horsley, Surrey.

Darren Shane Pencille, 35, of Willbury Road, Farnham, was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon in connection to a fatal incident on board a train from Guildford to London on 4 January.

He appeared at Guildford Crown Court today (7 January) and has been remanded to appear via video link at the same court on 7 February.
 
Chelsea Mitchell, 27, of Willbury Road, Farnham, was also charged with assisting an offender.
 
She also appeared at Guildford Crown Court today (7 January) and has been remanded to appear via video link at the same court on 7 February.
