Witnesses sought following assault on Tube train – Bound Green, London

Detectives investigating an assault on board a Piccadilly Line train at Bound Green in west London are today appealing for witnesses to get in touch. 

Between 7.50am and 7.54am on 19 November, a physical altercation happened between two teenage girls on board a Piccadilly Line train at the station.

Seeing the violence, a number of other passengers rushed to intervene and separate the girls. It is believed that the girls were known to each other. 

Officers are today looking to identify fresh witnesses to the violence, and urge those who saw what happened to get in touch. In particular, officers are keen to speak with the passengers who intervened during the fight and who separated the two girls.
