Passenger robbed on Southeastern train and threatened with weapon - Chatham, Kent

Detectives investigating a robbery, where two men intimated they had a weapon, are today releasing CCTV images in connection. 

Shortly before 10pm on 14 July, a man in his twenties was on board a Southeastern service travelling between Greenhithe and Chatham. He was then approached by two other men who started talking with him. 

The men then demanded the victim hand over his iPhone, whilst intimating they had a weapon which they’d use. the victim feared he would be hurt if he didn't comply. 

Officers believe the men shown in these CCTV images may have information which could help them investigate.

Violence of any sort will never be tolerated on the rail network and officers have a number of enquiries underway to identify those responsible for this robbery.
