Hate crime on board train between Westminster and Stratford

Do you recognise this man?
Officers would like to speak to him after a man was verbally abused
whilst travelling on the London Underground.


At approximately 9.15pm on 12 September, the victim boarded the Jubilee Line at Westminster whilst on board the victim heard a male making racial comments.  The man then turned his attention to the victim and made homophobic comments as the victim tried to film the incident the suspect grabbed the man’s phone and kicked him as he alighted the train at Stratford.  


Officers would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image because they believe he may have information which could help officers investigate.
