Officers investigating a hate crime at Blackburn station are today releasing CCTV images in connection.
At approximately 5.15pm on 19 September, four men approached the ticket barriers at the station. Two of the men had tickets and passed through the barrier.
The other two men had purchased child tickets and attempted to jump over the barriers. The men were challenged by rail staff, however the group became verbally abusive and started racially abusing the members of staff.
Officers believe the men shown in these CCTV images may have information which could help them investigate.
