Appeal for witnesses after assault - Uphall Station, Scotland

Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault at Uphall Station, Scotland.

On the 9 September at approximately midnight, three young men alighted a train and punched and kicked another man to the ground.

It is believed the suspects had been travelling on the 11.40pm Edinburgh to Bathgate service, and following the assault they then boarded the next train to Livingston North.

The three men are thought to be in their late teens or early twenties.

To this date the victim still hasn’t contacted police, so officers are also appealing for him to come forward.
