Men fracture victim’s eye socket – Petersfield, Hampshire

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was violently assaulted at Petersfield station between 12pm and 4pm on 23 May. 

The victim, a man in his twenties, was punched by another man following a conversation on the platform. 

Two other men then punched and kicked the victim multiple times, leaving him with a fractured eye socket, cheekbone and bruises. 

The man who first punched the victim is described as white, slim and around 5ft tall, with brown hair cut short at the back and sides. He is further described as clean shaven and having a small face. 

The second man is described as white, of a medium build and around 6ft tall. He has short brown hair and was wearing a padded jacket at the time. 

The third man is described as white, slim, 5ft tall, with short, blond hair cropped at the back and sides.
