The incident happened on board a Piccadilly Line train on the 17 May travelling between Hatton Cross and Hammersmith.

At approximately 9am a man was sat on a seat, and using his phone, took photographs of a woman sat opposite him. The photographs were directed up the woman’s skirt.

A member of public then confronted the man’s behaviour. It is not known where the suspect leaves left the train.
