Appeal for witnesses of assault on Blackburn train

Officers are appealing for information following public disorder and assaults on a Todmorden to Blackburn service.
 
The incident happened soon after 10.30pm on Saturday 24 March after the train had just left Todmorden Station. There was an altercation between two passengers which resulted in a woman being assaulted. The passengers are believed to be known to each other. 
 
Officers are now looking to identify any witnesses to this altercation.
