Hate crime on board train between Doncaster and Newark

Do you know who this man is? Officers would like to speak with him in connection to a hate crime on board a train between Doncaster and Newark Northgate stations. 

The incident happened between 6pm and 6.30pm on Saturday 3 February. 

A man was in the quiet carriage of a Virgin Trains East Coast service. He was being loud and the victim – a woman in her twenties – asked him to be quiet. The man then verbally abused the woman and the abuse was racially motivated. 

Officers believe the man shown in the CCTV image may have information which could help the investigation.
