Man assaulted at Green Park Tube – London

Detectives are today appealing for information following a violent assault at Green Park London Underground station. 

Just after 11pm on 17 December, there was an altercation on board a southbound Victoria Line train. The altercation between a group of males and another group of males then spilled onto the platform at Green Park. 

One of the males ended up on the floor and was approached by a man who stamped on his head violently. 

The 43-year-old victim sustained a serious injury to his head. 

Officers are now looking to speak with anyone who was at Green Park station at this time and saw the altercation unfold. In particular officers would like to speak to two independent passengers who witnessed the full incident on the platform.
