Do you recognise this man?

We’re appealing for help after an incident of outraging public decency on board a late night train from Kings Cross to Hertford North.

Between 1.08am and 1.38am on Friday 22 September, a man sat next to a woman at a table on the train.

The woman fell asleep and when she did, another passenger witnessed the man stroking her arm. He then touched himself inappropriately.

The witness intervened and the man tried to get off the train at Cuffley station, though the doors wouldn’t open. He then left the train at Hertford North.

Officers would like to speak to this man as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.

Do you know who he is or do you have any information? If so, please contact BTP by calling 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016, with reference 362 of 22 September.
