Officers from BTP are releasing CCTV images of a man they wish to speak with in connection with the theft of a case containing a number of high value items.

The theft happened on board a train at Stockport station on Thursday, 9 November shortly before 9.30pm.

The victim had boarded the Transpennine Express  8:47pm service from Manchester Airport to Cleethorpes. 
A man boarded the train at around 9.20pm at Manchester Piccadilly and walked through the train until he spotted the victim’s suitcase. When the train arrived at Stockport he left the service with the case.  
Officers are now releasing CCTV images in connection to this investigation. Do you know this man?
