Cards fraudulently used after bag theft – Liverpool Street

Officers are releasing CCTV images of a man they wish to speak with in connection to a bag theft and card fraud at London’s Liverpool Street station.
 
At approximately 7.50am on Tuesday 17 October, a man had his bag stolen from the Doodle store at the station. In this bag was the man’s wallet, a number of fraudulent transactions were then made on his bank cards.
 
Officers are now looking to trace this man in connection, do you know who he is?
