Officers have launched an investigation following an assault at Paisley Gilmour Street. 
 
The incident happened at approximately 7.30pm on Saturday (11/11). 
 
The incident started on board a train service between Glasgow Central and Paisley Gilmour Street after the victim and another passenger began talking about politics. 
 
The discussion escalated when the pair reached Paisley Gilmour Street. After leaving the service the passenger assaulted the victim. The victim was punched in the mouth which resulted in him losing two teeth. 
 
The man is described as white male, 5ft 6ins, approximately 30-35 years old, thin build, clean shaven and dressed all in black.
