Teenager charged in connection with stabbing - London

A 17-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a serious assault in London.

The teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, was charged on 1 November with Section 18 wounding with intent.

The charge is in connection with an incident on 14 April this year (Good Friday) in which an 18-year-old man was stabbed at Streatham Common railway station.

The teenager appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on 1 November and has been remanded in custody. He is due to appear at Inner London Crown Court on 15 November.
