Appeal for information after man outrages public decency – Cardiff

Do you recognise this man?

We’d like to speak to him in connection with an incident of outraging public decency.

The incident happened on Tuesday 10 October at around 10.30am, on the 7.41am service between Rhyl and Cardiff Central.

A man approached a woman who was also travelling on the train. He sat down opposite her and started looking at her, making her feel uncomfortable.

He then began touching himself inappropriately.

As the train approached Newport railway station, the offender stood up and spat on the floor of the carriage. He then got up and left the service.

Officers would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV images as he may have information which could help the investigation.
