CCTC images released in relation to outraging public decency – London / Manchester

Do you know the man in these CCTV images? Officers from British Transport Police are looking to speak with him in relation to an indecent incident on a train to Manchester. 

The incident happened on board the 6.40pm Virgin Trains service between London Euston and Manchester Piccadilly on Monday 28 August. 

A man joined the service and sat on a table seat, there was a woman opposite him and to his right. During the journey, the man kept staring at one of the women, making her feel extremely uncomfortable.

The man then lent under the table and stretch out his arm, the woman who was sat opposite him then realised his hand and phone was between her legs. 

When asked what he was doing, he replied: “I’ll delete it, I’ll delete it”

The man then left the service at Stockport station.
