Police appeal to trace witnesses following station death – Leeds

Were you on New Station Street in Leeds in the early hours of Tuesday, 29th August?
Did you witness an altercation between three men?
We are investigating the death of 39-year-old Terry Bailey. Mr Bailey sadly died following an incident outside the station.
Two men Daniel Goodall, aged 42, and Jamie Loftus, aged 28, have been charged with manslaughter  in connection with his death, but we are still keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any further information.
Detective Chief Inspector Glen Alderson from BTP’s Major Investigation Unit said: “Upon viewing CCTV a number of people who we have yet to speak to can be seen in the area”. 
 “If that was you or if you were in the area of New Station Street outside Leeds station just before 1am on Tuesday, 29th August and witnessed the incident, or have other information please contact us. Any detail, no matter how insignificant it may seem to you, could help the investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 with reference 21 of 29/08. Alternatively information can be passed to the independent charity, Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
