We are releasing CCTV images of two people officers would like to speak to in connection with a robbery at Colchester Town railway station.

The incident happened at around 5.30am on Monday 10 July, when a 51-year-old man was approached by two other men in the station.

One of them demanded his phone, wallet and bike and threatened to stab him.

The victim handed over his bike. The two men then rode away on the bike towards Magdalen Street.

The stolen bike is a gold-framed Harlem jackal mountain bike.

As part of the investigation, officers would now like to speak to the people shown in the CCTV image, as they may have information which could help with the investigation.

If you recognise the man shown in the CCTV image, please call BTP on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016, quoting reference number 128 100717
