Indecent behaviour on London Overground train from Camden to Caledonian Road – north London

Detectives from British Transport Police’s Sexual Offences Unit are appealing for information after a teenager was subjected to indecent behaviour on a train. 

The incident happened on board a London Overground service between Camden Road and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury on Monday 15 May. At 11.20am a 17-year-old girl was on the train heading eastbound. As it departed Camden Road, she noticed an elderly man sitting opposite her.  

During the journey, then man touched himself inappropriately whilst staring at the girl. The victim, was understandably frightened by this man’s inappropriate actions. The man then left the service as it arrived at Caledonian Road & Barnsbury. 

Today, CCTV images are being released of a man detectives wish to speak with in connection. Do you know who he is?
