Do you recognise these men? We’d like to speak to them about an incident that occurred at Davenport station on Monday, 24 April at around 9.45pm.

The victim, a 20 year old man, was followed to Davenport station where he was attacked and robbed.

He was jumped him from behind and held in a  head lock which caused him to fall to the ground, injuring his hand. His mobile phone and wallet were taken and he was warned not to call the police.

DC Mike Gore, investigating, said: “This was a completely random and opportunist attack on someone who was just going about his own business. The men attacked their victim and left him lying on the ground. It is vital we find those responsible for this unprovoked assault.

“I would urge anyone who recognises the men in the images to get in touch with us immediately as we believe they can help us with our enquiries.”
