Can you help officers identify a man sought in connection to a knife-point robbery at Edmonton Green station?

The robbery happened at approximately 11.45am on Tuesday 16 May. The victim, a 19-year-old man, walked into the station and towards the platform. The suspect then approached the victim, sat next to him on the bench and showed him a large knife in his bag.

He then demanded that the victim hand over his wallet and debit card.

Officers are now releasing CCTV images of a man they wish to speak with in connection – do you know him?

Investigating officer DC Ross McAlpine, said: “As you can imagine this was a very frightening experience for the victim who was terrified by this man’s threatening behaviour.

“The suspect demanded the victim hand over his wallet including his PIN. We are now working tirelessly to trace the person responsible and I would urge anyone with information to get in touch.”
