Do you recognise this woman?

We’d like to speak to her in connection with an incident in Hull in which a woman sold her mobile phone for counterfeit bank notes.

At around 1.10pm on 11 April, the victim, an 18-year-old woman, approached a man and woman she had agreed to meet to sell her mobile phone.

The exchange was carried out at Hull Paragon Interchange on the concourse and then they all left the station.

When the victim tried to use the money that the woman had given her for the phone, she was told the money was fake.

All of the notes she had sold her mobile phone for transpired to be counterfeit.

Officers would like to speak to the woman shown in the CCTV images as she may have information which could help with the investigation.

The woman was with a boy aged about 14 or 15 years old. He was slim, with dark hair and was wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit.
