Man assaulted at tram stop - Croydon

We were called at 3.45pm today (10/5) to reports that a man had been assaulted at a tram stop in Woodside.

The victim, a man aged in his twenties, sustained injuries consistent with being stabbed.

He has been taken to hospital and his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Officers are at the scene making enquiries and there is currently a scene guard in place at the tram stop.
