Do you recognise this man?

We’d like to speak to him in connection with an assault against a member of staff at Deptford station, London.

At around 8.20am on Tuesday 28 February, revenue checks were being conducted at the station and a man was stopped and asked for a ticket. 

The man pushed past the revenue protection officer and forced his way out of the station.

As he left the station, he picked up a wooden A-frame advertising board from an adjacent coffee shop and threw it towards the revenue protection officers.

The board hit one of the officers on the hand, causing injury.

The victim, a 54-year-old man, sustained a fractured bone in his hand and required hospital treatment.
